What are my shipping options?
Our bags are sent via UPS ground. Because each bag is a unique item, it is difficult to expedite the process. However, we will consider special requests. Contact us with your timeframe and we will try to accommodate you.
How long will it take to get my order?
Each jersey bag is custom-made and requires special attention to detail. We want to devote the time needed for construction, so you will not see the finished product until 2-4 weeks after we receive your jersey.
What size are the bags?
There is no specific size to the bags. They are dependent on the source product – the jersey. The smaller the size of the jersey, the smaller the bag. In some instances, a stadium bag may not be possible with a small youth or child’s jersey.
How do I return my jersey bag?
Given that each is a unique, one-of-a-kind item, bags cannot be returned. However, if there are defects, we will make repairs as needed. We want you to be satisfied and ready for gameday.
How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive email notification when we receive your jersey and when we ship your new bag. If you need further information, you may email us from the
"Contact Us" link on the home page.
How do I benefit my team/league/association?
We want a portion of your purchase price to be returned to your local sports community. In order to ensure the funds are delivered to the deserving parties, we need to have them registered in our database. Go to the fundraising tab and search for your home team or league. If they aren’t registered, either you can sign them up or have your coach, team mom, league president, etc. register with us and find out additional ways they can increase their contribution from Replay Jerseys.
Does my team/organization have to registered to order a bag?
It is not necessary to be registered. Just skip this step (leave it blank) and send us your jersey.
Does it have to be a jersey? Does it have to be a bag?
Although we are known as Replay Jerseys and are equipped to handle jersey bags, we have more than 70 years manufacturing experience and welcome your creative energy. Bring us your special requests and we’ll let you know if we can do it and how much it’ll cost. Make it a challenge – maybe it’s a pillow or a wallet, or maybe you want to use a T-shirt or a letterman jacket. If it’s sports, apparel, and recycling, it’s a replay project.
